Sounds like an instant classic. Hopefully the dinosaurs have a snappy catch phrase, like "Don't make me get Jurrasic on your homo sapien ass!"

1) When I first saw the title, I thought, "A Theodore Roosevelt bio-pic! Awesome!

It didn't rise to that level.
A clue I should have looked for? This movie was done in 1995. The Writer/Director has an announced project for 2010...with nothing in the intervening years.
