In Case You Were Wondering.

I did not win the MegaMillions lottery. I will therefore not be buying any Zeppelins, yachts, airplanes, blocks of buildings or financing my own movie (which I mentioned I wouldn't have done anyway).

Just thought you all should know.

Either that, or you really did win, and you're not telling because you don't want to be inundated with requests from long, lost relatives and UCF members.

What, you didn't win, it was your girlfriend? Right, right?

No, that's because I won! Ha ha ha ha! Don't I wish.

Will you at least be able to take the monocle and top hat back to the store for a refund?

I'm keeping the monocle and tophat in case I win some other time. Having the right wardrobe can make all the difference.

Everyone: Please note he did not specifically rule out buying a hellaciously humungamous diamond ring anyway, within the lottery-cause/purchase-effect construct.

Nathan & GF: Congratulations, you crazy kids.

Jeff,

I seem to recall something about double secret probation? Hmmm?

"What do you think, Holmes?"

"Elementary, my dear Watson. The game's afoot. And a very engaging game it does seem to be."

Nuff said, wink, wink, nudge, nudge...

Huh? I must be missing something.

But please, return to your enjoyment of not winning.

Tom and Jeri (and how often do you get to say that?) If you're referring to each other, I too am confused. If you're not...I'm still confused.

Someone please explain to me what we're talking about.
