While looking at Anne's blog today, I pondered the conundrum of taking a picture of your camera with your camera. I couldn't figure out how to get it to look at itself.
Then I remembered that little lens facing me from the top of my screen. I am, at heart, a problem solver. Camera...meet the world. World...meet the camera.

What I've been wondering on how you do something with itself is this...
If you meet yourself from a parallel universe and you end up making out with your alternate self, is that masturbation? Would the same answer apply to a clone?
I almost emailed you from work, since I can't post to blogger. But I wasn't sure if the email filter would let the word masturbation through.
Hrm. And here I was thinking mirrors. I guess I must be a Luddite...
Tania, I don't know but Eww and...Eww.
MWT. I didn't say anything about finding simple answers.
Tania, you thinks the coolest thinks!
Since the theory on alternate universes is that they are created when a decision is made, what if in the alternate universe your alternate self was of the opposite sex?
Things that make you go "hmmmm...."
Things that make you say "maybe there's a story here."
"Things that make you go "hmmmm...."
I'm sticking with Ewww!
Vince, somehow I just don't see alternate me as being a hot chick. Pretty bad if you wouldn't want to make out with yourself!

Hey wait! A time-traveling alternate-universe 25-year-old female me! With a female not-me travel companion, and...
Stop, Tom! Right now!
Tania, IIRC, there were overtones of that in ST:DS9 with the mirror universe Kira.

OMG, Tania!
You officially owe me the five seconds of mental imagery back wasted on copulating Kates.
Not nice!
Likewise alternate-universe Willow from Buffy the Vampire Slayer.

And the Red Dwarf ep where they meet their alternate universe female versions of themselves.

Great idea on the camera photo, Nathan.
And nice camera.
